For those who are wondering if these exercises work or not, I am not sure whether these work for all or not. But, I have been seeing some results. I have been doing these exercises for almost 6 months, not regularly but frequently. Let me give you some details. My left eye has weak eyesight. It became worse when I kept editing my websites on mobile. I came to that point where I couldn't see a thing clearly more than 1 feet of range. But, slowly I tried to use 6th method to focus on first near things, then distant things increasing the distance. This way, I have improved my eyesight. Now, I can focus on things at the distance of 60 feet without much strain on the left eye (ofcourse! Not while wearing my glasses). Edit: I know there are many grammatical mistakes, but I am too lazy to correct them.... So bye bye
