Last year i Started for a week and felt the difference and then i stopped due to which my eyesight number increased even more... Now i have started doing it again from last week... Will keep posting here my updates ...i wish i could just remove my eyeglasses - number is around 2.0

Living with -3.0 in one eye and -2.5 in the other, I was eager to find a natural solution to improve my vision. These exercises have not only stabilized my prescription but have also enhanced my overall eye health. I can now enjoy outdoor activities without constantly adjusting my glasses.

Okay i started doing this and I'll tell you my progress Day 1: nothing actually Day 2: still nothing, but my eye feels relaxed Day 3: see some tiny changes Day 4: i can see some other changes too, but it's still not that much Day 5: still same, but i think its got a little improvement Day 6: still same as day 5 Day 7: its actually getting pretty good :) (but i still cannot read far without my glasses, my myopia is pretty high but i hope it gets better! ( I'll update next week) (Week 2) Day 1: eh I don't see any changes. Day 2: same as day 1 Day 3 : it did change a bit, but it got away fast Day 4: it got a little better, I guess Day 5: Haven't seen any changes, I still have my hopes up though Day 6: it make my vision a little sharper, but idk if it lasts that long Day 7: I don't know either my eyes got better, or stayed the same Week 3: Day 1: my eyes got Sharper because of the blinking ones, but still doesn't last long Day 2: I guess it got a TINY bit of change, Day 3: Haven't really noticed the changes now Day 4: it got a little change, I got high myopia, whenever I compare my eyes without and with my glasses, it changes everytime, so it's kinda confusing on guessing if it changes or not (Update tmrw) But I recommend you guys to go outdoors more and do the 20-20-20 rule, that won't naturally heal myopia, but it would slow down the progression than getting worse This is how the 20-20-20 rule works: Every 20 minutes, you stare at an object 20 ft and stare at it for 20 seconds, hope it helps. (I still update abt this though) Day 5:same as day 4 RESTART!!!!!! (I gave up a while ago but restart!)

Having -6.5 on my left eye and -7.0 on my right eye was challenging. After 9 months, I managed to improve to -4.5 on my left eye and -5.0 on my right eye. Unbelievable improvement!

I have very bad eyesight, with -7.5 in both eyes. I started doing these exercises six months ago. I did these exercises almost daily, and started having triphala water in the mornings. I mean, we should KNOW this works when Japan started to use eye exercises in grade school to decrease the need for glasses and it WORKED. It isnt the only thing nor does it mean youll never need glasses. Much like exercising our bodies helps with function, health and lets us keep using them longer, the same goes with our eye, and it can greatly reduce symptoms

Alhamdulillah , This exercises actually worked for me My eye sight was previously right one -1.25 and left one -1.00 but after doing the exercises my right eye is now -0.75 and left eye is -.050. It will definitely work.. Try it.. with that you can follow up certain routine like, Not using mobile atleast 1 hour before going to bed and even try not to use that much for unnecessary things. Early morning when you wake up see greenery things around you like trees.. After from 1 week it will start improving..It will reduce your power.. I just happened to come across this websites and tried it at rhe same time, at the beginning I felt my eyes were little dry and by the time I completed 10 exercise I was really surprised by eyes felt relaxed and naturally lubricated without eye drops. After years of relying on corrective lenses, I decided to try these eye exercises as a supplement to my eye care routine. I'm pleased to share that my nearsightedness has decreased (from -4.0 to -3.0), and my eyes feel stronger and more resilient. These exercises have been a revelation.

Another helpful exercise to add to the routine is to walk through focal lengths, near to far and back. This helps to keep the len flexible. I normally do this part while commuting, it basically involves picking something near to focus on (top of the steering wheel), then step out the focus distance, the dashboard, the car in front of you, signs further down the road, then the furthest thing you can see, then step back down to the steering wheel and repeat. If I'm not driving, then I'll start with my fingertip as close to my face as I can bring it without blur and then step out to the furthest thing I can see and repeat.

I'll update everyday for you guys. Day 1: I can't see it but I can feel it, and now it is way easier to focus on something and it goes clear alone. Day 2: It's the same, but I can see it a bit now. Day 3: Woops. Day4: Ok wow I could see the board better. Day5: it's the same as day 4's but I can focus on something and I can see it better but it only lasts about 2-3 seconds of clearness Woops, I have stopped but I will continue. I w i l l n o t c o n t i n u e. This improved my eyesight by probably .2%. Just keep on doing it, it will probably work.

You forgot the most impactful reason of all, not screens or being inside, but genetics. Screens and staying inside don't matter nearly as much as genetics. I've been inside looking at screens from a young age, as I was never that social and I loved computers, I loved programming, gaming, etc. more so than anyone I've ever known and my job even requires me to stare at one screen all day every day and 35 years later I still have 20/20 vision. Most people just have genetically poor eye sight.

I did some of these exercises few years ago. My power got reduced from -3 to -1.5.

There's very little credible scientific evidence suggesting that eye exercises can improve vision. However, exercises can help with eyestrains and may help your eyes feel better.

Since last two years doing this exercise along with other yoga, not incresed eyesite but it's really benefited.

In 2020 march my eye power was -1.75 and I didn't use any eye drops or glasses or contact lenses. During the lockdown and covid pandemic, I spend nearly 12 hours on mobile or computer screens for online classes, games, and movies, but the fact is that when I start going to school in September 2021 after 1 year and 7 months I feel uncomfortable while using the old glasses so I did my eye checkup and I got that my eye power is now just 0.25. It was like a miracle to me

I advice some extra eye exercises and doing it 3 times a day, 1 after waking up for 10 min, 1 outside preferably when you are on top of a mountain and can see your city for like 10min and thne just watch the city for 10 min, 1 before bed. and preferably if you are at the mountain may as well come down runing and do some exercises so more blood move in your body and it actually helps. if you do this every day (i myself can't because of fatigue and life and forgetting) i'm sure your eye will be good enough but with all this said this is only for people who can't see away in the distance people who are nearsighted, i don't know about people who are farsighted.

Exercising your eyes isn't going to help your eyes gain more cones and rods. being outside does help promote that naturally. you cant just read a book outside either. try to watch things at a distance, go bike riding, or something where your not focused on a small object close to your face for at least 30-60 minutes a day or longer if you can. i use to play outside a lot as a kid and had no problem with eye sight. it wasn't until i started staying inside playing games for 10+ hours a day that my sight started to decline.

This exercise really helped me, went from -2.75 to -2.25
