For the last time now, I will be trying these exercises for 3 months straight, this time with full dedication. If I won't see good results, I will be consulting a doctor. I have done these exercises in past, and believe me it actually worked very great! But then I stopped doing it and worsened my vision by constantly playing games. I have never got my eyes checked. My right eye has myopia. The left eye is actually completely fine in morning but as the day progresses it gets worse. When I was doing these exercises in past, my left eye was almost cured around 70% with just a week of doing these. Now my visions are very bad due to lack of care. I have double vision and myopia, seems to have astigmatism. Well, it is on day 0 I am writing this. From tomorrow I will be following this : 2 times eye exercises once in morning and once in evening. Cardio exercises for 15-30 minutes straight twice a day. And some yoga also. Screen time max:- 4 hours (will reduce to 2 hours). Meditation for 15 minutes twice a day. Drishti eye drops once or twice a day. Today is 21st July, I will update on 29th July after a week of doing all this (22nd to 28th).
