Good exercises, thank you for sharing! – I practise another one: With one hand cover one eye (without pressure). Next put a finger very close in front of the other eye (e.g. 5cm). Find a target far away that is in the same sight line (a tree, a traffic light, a window...). Without moving neither the eye nor the finger change the focus every 10 to 15 secs and focus the (close-up) finger, then the object that is far away. Do this 20x, then repeat with the other eye.
