As optician I can tell that eye-training "can" help, especially with going outside and looking far, as our eyes get used to near-Vision and adjusts to it, BUT 0,25 til 0,75 dioptrien is a normal difference your eyes can have from day to day. Depending on your health, fitness, sleep, mood, if the test was made before or after work, etc etc :D so 0,25 nothing tbh, beside that good website
