If you want to improve your eyesight, do this. Remove your glasses (in situations where you don’t absolutely need them). That will help some. Better yet — and this is what I do: remove your glasses and THEN hit a tennis ball against a backboard (or do something similar than requires accurate eyesight at variable distances). Make sure that your eyes stay laser focused upon the ball. Your eyesight will improve SIGNIFICANTLY! P.S. And, as a bonus, you will get some sunshine, exercise, and hand-eye and body coordination and balance training as well. Try it for yourself.
