I am starting it from today ,25 december 2021 and i will try my best to udpdate you guys each day (power : -5.5 L ; -3 R) DAY 1 : eyes are relaxed only. Day 2 : eys are relaxed, no difference. Day 3 : eys are relaxed, no difference.

It worked very well, and I am also a 15 year old boy.

Its like The Algorithm knew i noticed my eyesight is worse over the last few months from intensive close up computer work and bad posture. I notice i was straining noticeably more to get my home theater in focus

I believe that if someone who is nearsighted were to wear glasses for farsightedness for some length of time that would result in a reduction of the nearsightedness. If you think that sounds crazy, what do glasses for nearsightedness do? They make you more nearsighted. So, glasses for farsightedness would make you less nearsighted. I think this would work for people under 25, especially children. If you are -1.75, then you have some nearsightedness. If you can usually function without glasses, you might want to try farsighted (reading) glasses for a while and see what they do. I can't do it as I am dependent on glasses, and I think I'm too old.

It was ossum I always luv EyeCare when I brought new phone I firstly subscribeed it and I watch every thing from EyeCare whatever I need whether exercise or checking iq level. .I just luv it

I tried this excercise for two weeks each day and it made my vision worse I started get cloudy vision during my day and my eyes started hurting more frequently just because something works for other people does not mean it always works for you stay safe and donâ€™t believe everything on the internet

Eye excercise and pinholes won’t help your eyes in a NATURAL way (of course with 2 diopters whatever seems to help). That is the STARE you need to remove from your mind and eyes. You are welcome to read the (but only) ORIGINAL doctor Bates stuff.

Wtf. 0.25D is normal fluctuation in subjective manifest. The guy's exercises mainly just use the EOMs and nothing more.
