And Also Sorry For My Bad English i am going to do this working hours : 5 hours on computer but still i am hoping this will workout let's try note : doing 1 times a day 1st day today : immediatly changed a little but i am going to wait for long time so i can say you guys worked perfectly or not i felt relaxed and on massage #1 my eyes squeezed some water and my kinda feeled weird while doing this excercise because my eyes feeled weirdeness of excercissing the eye muscle 2nd day : I Also Kinda Felt Okay Today. like my eye relaxed and and also vision is kinda okay like improved not a lot a very tiny bit since i am going to do this for like an 1 month let's wait and see and from now on i am gonna sleep 8 to 9 hrs strictly and this is today let's see tomorrow

This is going to get buried, but I watched a documentary a few years back, can't remember the name, where a school in China had a stack of kids end up with astigmatism in both eyes. The solution was blue light from the sky. I tried it and it fixed mine in a few weeks. Not sunlight, just looking at the blue part of the sky for a while each day. Another exercise to try is close up vs distance, swapping back and forth for a few mins each day. I hope this can help even one person out there

Aaj complete 1 month hua hai exercise karte huye...bahot improvement hua hai..right eye ka number 2.25 se 2.00 hua hai...lekin left eye ka number 0.25 se increase hua hai...fir bhi mai ye continue karunga....dur ka muze kuch bhi nahi dikhta tha...par abhi bahot improvement hai...2 month ke bad fir se checkup karunga ...update karta hu. ...Dosto, ye exercise jaroor karna.....mai tratak, eye exercise daily kar raha hu....

Half a year ago I decided to spend an hour a day wearing Ayurevdic glasses and watching movies. After two months, my eyes got used to them, now I can watch movies and read subtitles at the same time, it is 75% comfortable for me, it would be 100% comfortable with regular glass glasses.
