1 min Blink 1 min Stare ahead while tilting head up-down left-right 1 min Look as far right as you can while inhaling, slowly look to left while exhaling, Repeat 30-60 Close eyes , relax eyelids completely Look right-left for 5 secs Look up-down for 5 secs Turn eyes in circular motion for 10-15 secs Draw a figure 8 with eyes for 15 secs (DoNt RuSh) 7x Close eyes "tight" for 3-5 secs, open them, repeat 4-5x Lightly push against temples for 2 secs 1 min Draw geometric figures with your eyes (Triangle, Rectangle, Square, Circle, Trapezoid, or any other shape) 5-10x Close eyes then slwoly move your eyes up & dow 5x Focus on object 10 inches in front of you, then 5-10 feet, then 10-20 feet, REPEAT
