Is it normal to have a slight pain at the periphery of eyes while doing clock wise and anticlockwise rotation???

I did this exercise from yesterday I will keep you updated Day 1 - it was great Day 2 - my eyes are relaxed * I have to check my eyesight after one year. I will inform you after one week.

I’m way ahead of you. I’ve been doing this for the past five years with those glasses. I also made another pair of glasses where I remove the lens and put a divider that went across the front of my nose in between the two eyes that way it’s separate a division that also helps and the first thing I suggest is avoid sugar. Another thing to try is an eyepatch or keep one eye closed walk around the house or your yard with one eye open for 1020 minutes and then swap to the next day same procedure also don’t forget to Pat and massage the temple area then tap the eyes gently with the eyelids closed and while they are closed then rub the eyes each doing them for at least 1 to 2 minutes.

Who has noticed clockwise and anticlockwise movement. I think these are opposite as told by him

Waaaa.. this is great.. i have seen a very very quickest result instantly..I always feel swelling below the inside of my lower eyelid...when i do this for the first it stops immediately

Been doing eye exercises like so for years; Dr was surprised my vision improved better than 2020 !… I asked, could be the eye exercises?? he said, unaware of research regarding. Also noticed one eye sees more warm hues, the other sees more cool hues… and able to see colors that others in the office were not able to see; Everyone blown away. Crazy insane to me. I had eye power for one month before that was -2 in my left eye I have been practicing these exercise regularly. And then I go for the checkup now my eye power is -0.45. The doctor has been advised me to wear specs only while using the phone, laptop. This exercise changes my life. Must advise you to try these exercises. A little hard work will change your life. Wow! It was interesting and informal website. Thank you) I have heard about eye exercises since I started wearing glasses. I do them everyday and it really helps me to keep my vision in the same(or to save it from too fast decrease,as I still grow). But from this website I find out new exercises and very want to try them. By the way, you said that you don't like glasses, do you know that contact lenses exist?(Honestly, it is great thing, but they aren't suitable for everyone, unfortunately)
