First of all eye exercises work because it uses many muscles in the eye. Though they are slow, you could also just grab your eyeball turn it circle, then put it back. If it goes back to blurry vision again, wait until your eye heals. This looks like very sick and totally no one would do type, but i kinda did, it works but i wouldn't recommend the pain. Also dont actually pluck out your eye, just a bit, since it would actually make your vision WORSE like hell. PS: blurry vision going back is that your muscles hasn't adapted to the shape of the eye so it does that sometimes, reshape it.
