So after reading all those comments and how this improved their eyesight, I will give it a try for myself now. Most of them didn't write their experience for a long term in the comments, so I will try to do it. My goal is to do it for at least a month. And I will really keep you updated first day : it was kinda refreshing for my eyes, and I feel more awake then sleepy. Idk why but maybe it will be different the next day Day 2: it was better and easier doing the forms with the eyes. I don't really see a difference. Day3: so it was still the Same, but with a slight difference to the better. Day4: in this day it was the Same a day three. I really think that it got a little bit better so I will continue. And of course you won't see great results within a week. But it definitely works Day five to seven where almost the same results as day four. But I can see an improvement. I will definitely continue. I didn't want to always write the same, so I think that it would be better to write it every three days. And btw I think that it would be the best to do this before going to sleep and when waking up, because it works for me like that :) So 2 weeks have passed since I started it. I have been seeing changes, but they are not the budgets ones. I try to not always wear my glasses which actually helped a lot. It's been a month and let me tell you something. It did indeed work. I still see a bit blurry, but it's not as bad as when a started it. I changed my diet too. And ate lots of vegetables ( that's what was told in the internet to do ). I stopped looking too much on my phone. So just start doing it. You have nothing to lose
