I had a weird experience once: I started going to the gym for the first time in many years, while cutting all food made with dough, and eating only once a day (big meals). In a week my vision went from not seeing the number on buses to crystal clear 20/20 vision. That made me realize vision is not set in stone. Then I became interested in this and here is what I know: - the exercises in this website - sunlight in your eyes every day, not through window, best outside, in summer - smooth pursuit of an object, like a pen or something in your room while you move, side to side and distance-wise - change focus between the horizon then a close object, repeat - do not wear glasses if you can get away with it, they ruin your eyes, better to have it a bit blurry - do not work in basements and stuff with artificial light - and a special bonus: a technique developed by me. It's a bit hard to explain. Sucking your eyes in, yes it's possible, but barely perceptible. So you close your eyes, look to the side and you may notice a darker circle on the opposite side. That is eye ball pressure, you want to reduce it. Problem is that your eye balls are slightly popping out, you want to suck them in to reduce pressure. Do it while you are still looking to the side, then try to keep that state and look to the other side, you will likely fail without training. When you think you are doing it right, move to the center and halt (still pulling in) for 10 min or more. This shit reduces eye pressure like mad, you will thank me later. I don't know if the experiences I had from that one week actually help, so I did not put them on the list.
